Responsibilities:
Employees are expected to provide a positive and
professional work ethic in a security force
supporting a military installation ; maintain
attendance record ; report all security violations,
and incidents or issues not covered in written
directives, to supervisors ( manager if appropriate)
in a timely manner ; ensure that work is completed
safely and in accordance with corporate and local
policies; provide a professional initial public
impression of the Installation; work as part of a
team providing screening of persons and vehicles
entering the installation; deter ; and detect illegal
acts; detain violators for Law Enforcement ;
determine and apply appropriate response and
level of force necessary. Preferred applicants would
have one of the following backgrounds; Military ,
Law Enforcement , Security or Corrections.
Qualifications :
Environmental Demands of Employment
Exposure to all extremes of local weather
Close proximity to moving vehicles and heavy
machinery
Perform duties during reduced visibility
Exposure to vehicle exhaust , common pollens and
grasses in close proximity
Indirect exposure to Oleoresin Capsicum (OC )
spray is likely
