leader in workforce development and training. G4S Government Solutions is seeking an Emergency Response Team - Officer to work at our contract located at the Kennedy Space Center, FL. EOE, M/F/D/V. |
| Responsibilities: |
| ERT- Officer is responsible for tactically resolving high risk incidents on the Space Center, (work place violence, hostage/barricade, armed suicide, terrorist hijackings), crew protection details, Orbiter protection and air defense missions, critical/vital facilities protection, and aerial observation/interdiction flights as well as other assigned duties. |
| Qualifications: |
| Must pass a SWAT/ERT basic course Have NO record of discipline for previous year, 2 years for vehicle accidents Must be able to pass ERT physical fitness standards Be able to pass the ERT task specific test, Must pass the SGS handgun/SMG qualification shoot with a minimum score of 90% Must pass the NFLET one shot timed drill with handgun/SMG with a minimum score of 90% Must pass the ERT written test with a minimum score of 90% Must pass a scored oral interview with a minimum score of 80%. Must be able to maintain weapons qualifications at 90% or better Maintain all related technical certifications required by ERT and NASA, All prior related experience is important |
