As we're entering our busy season, and growth we're seeking competent security professionals. Even though we impart security professionals in the nightclub, event & concert security sector, we have more opportunities arising in site security, film & TV set security, special security services for fundraisers, and other exclusive events throughout the Chicagoland area.
These positions are part-time, and weekend intensive. However, if your job performance is strong there are more shifts available during the week and afternoons. Additionally, if performance is strong and you exhibit leadership characteristics, we also offer opportunities for advancement and promotions.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
You must possess either 5-6 years of private security experience and/or or have prior experience in the US Military or Law Enforcement.
Possess a PERC Card
For some of our clients in the nightclub sector, you may be required to provide close-protection/bodyguard services for celebrities, professional athletes, entertainers or high profile patrons
If you do not possess military or law enforcement experience, you must have at least 4-5+ years of security experience in one or more of the following verticals; nightclubs, VIP Security, event security, private security, executive protection/close protection or special events
Be able to explicate your aptitude on the following:
How you identify situations which may become problematic before they escalate
Explain techniques you use to subdue a precarious subject
You should hold appropriate training requirements and certifications (PERC and other relevant certifications and training)
You must be able to provide good references, reliable work-history and a dependable reputation
You must impart a polite, courteous and professional demeanor
Clean criminal record
For private events, you’ll need to possess formal attire (black suit, white shirt, black neck tie), other venues and assignment are more casual.
