Job Skills / Requirements

Ensure all posts are staffed with qualified, trained personnel.
Create officer post/shift schedules; process Payroll (normal and special coverage).
Create an employee-focused work environment.
Manage regional and account associate recognition programs including 110% Club.
Manage all account-specific employment practices including performance management and reviews, discipline, and complaint investigations.

Education Requirements 
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification Requirements (All)
First Aid, AED/CPR Certification
Valid State Driver's License or ID
OCAT
Security License Issued by Arizona Department of Public Safety
