OpNet Mortar Instructor

Job Description :
HCI | integrated solutions is seeking a part time Mortar Instructor to join the Mortar Systems OpNet Services Contract in Columbus, GA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
PM Mortars-certified instructor for M1064 and Stryker Mortar Fire Control System (MFCS) and/or Lightweight Handheld Mortar Ballistic Computer (LHMBC). In accordance with TR 350-70, develop, review and validate training materials. Implements instructions required for M1064-mounted, Stryker-mounted and ground-mounted mortar crews. Presents MFCS, LHMBC, and mortar gunnery instruction IAW USAIS-approved POI, TSPs and Lesson Plans. Travels extensively to military garrison and training areas both CONUS and OCONUS. Follows guidance/instructions from
government civilian leaders and NCOICs. Reviews and develops all materials required to train MFCS and LHMBC unique tasks, including equipment-specific documents, training aids, POIs and Lesson Plans. Develops technically and tactically advanced training scenarios incorporating new technology and concepts.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1. MS Office Suite proficient. Prior military or US DoD service contracts experience preferred. Possess valid US Passport, be physically fit, capable of working in field environment and able to lift/carry 35 – 50 lbs. Active security clearance a must. Must be able to pass local background check and urinalysis test.
Additional Position Information:
Former Soldiers or Marines with Mortar equipment and fire control systems experience. Must have substantial operational and instructor background with 10+ years of experience.
