Job Description :
Lockheed Martin is looking for an Industrial Security Representative to work in Aurora, CO office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of various security disciplines, including (but not limited to): Personnel Security, training/education, daily customer liaison, subject matter briefings, security reviews, and corporate compliance.

Basic Qualifications
Candidate should have experience and strong understanding of Personnel Security, Personnel Processing, Physical Security, and Security Escorting responsibilities and principles. Experience with ICD 704 , and Scattered Castles. Prior liaison experience with military, government, and private industry customers is imperative. Knowledge of a wide range of security concepts, principles, and practices to independently review, analyze, and resolve difficult and complex security problems; knowledge of, DNI/ICD, DoD, Federal, and Joint Publications pertaining to Program Protection. Strong communication (oral and written)skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Desired skills
Experience working at government location. Familiar with security policies and procedures, familiarity working with government, military and private industry customers. Prior experience working with sub-contract organizations. Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated exceptional performance in managing customer relationships.
