Source Management Trainer

Background:

New Century US is actively recruiting for an opportunity for qualified CI Source Management and or HUMINT Trainers. Position is located in Honduras.

Position Description:
New Century US is actively seeking a fluent Spanish speaker who is a former Civilian Law Enforcement and or U.S. military Officer with extensive CI Source Operations and or HUMINT and surveillance experience to deliver source management training to Host Nation Security Forces (HNSF). Trainers will teach a 21 day course (source operations) with the potential for additional training iterations throughout the year.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of Civilian Law Enforcement and or military HUMINT and or source operations and surveillance / counter surveillance experience.
Credentialed subject matter expert and or Counterintelligence Agent; or recognized specialist (FTC, MSO, and CIFSO).
Extensive platform and field training experience
Candidate must hold a current Secret Clearance
Fluent Spanish Speaker (Latin America)
