Bomb Squad Commander: Lead Instructors - OCONUS

Position Description
Valiant is seeking Bomb Squad Commander: Lead Instructors to work at various OCONUS locations.

*This position is contingent on contract award*

Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Three (3) years of professional work experience maybe substituted for one (1) year of education.
Current US Law Enforcement Full Time Bomb Squad Commander with 10 years of experience as a certified bomb technician.
Experience with managing special events from a counter improvised explosives device (C-IED) perspective.
Experience in outreach within the state/local/federal interagency and public awareness programs.
Familiar with a wide array of C-IED techniques and equipment to include, vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) immediate actions; tactical bomb technician integration; advance manual techniques; robotic applications; a variety of x-ray applications and disruptor tools.
Current member of the National Bomb Squad Advisory Board.
Served as a Staff Instructor from a previous DS/T/ATA Bomb Squad Commander’s Workshop and experienced with training international students.
