ISDs report to the Lead Instruction System Designer and Program Manager of Training and development.

Objective
To be able to provide experience Subject Matter Experts to provide services and training CONUS and OCONUS.

Job Description
KOVA Global’s Mobile Training Teams (MTT) has performed extensive work overseas providing services and training in various countries throughout the world. We are aggressively seeking out more MTT missions and are looking to add more qualified personnel to our MTT employee pool.

Our MTT missions are usually short in duration ranging from a week to six weeks in length. Our MTT personnel are well compensated to include salary, travel costs, lodging and per diem for each mission. We are currently anticipating an increase in tasking for our MTT teams. We are looking for personnel with experience, skills and certifications in a vast array of mission areas. Many of our MTT mission include providing maintenance and training so any background that includes experience as an Instructor will strengthen your application.

We are seeking employees with experience and certification in the following areas:Certified diesel engine mechanics
Certified Outboard engine mechanics
Certified outdrive and jet drive mechanics
Foreign Language Speakers to act as interpreters or translators
Personnel with experience in Foreign Military Sales to include delivery, inventory, familiarization training and acceptance inspections
Small boat operators
Marine electricians
Small arms and Crew-serve weapon specialists
Large vehicle mechanics
Coast Guard Endorsed personnel (MMD with endorsements, TWIC)
Boarding Team Trainers
Coded Welders
Commercial Driver License holders
Security personnel
Divers and dive system maintainers
Hydraulic mechanics
Crane system mechanics
Basic and Advanced medical certification
Tactical Combat casualty care (TCCC) trainers
Command and Control C2 Leadership trainer
Certified corrosion control experts
Employment StatusFull-time , Part-Time, or 1099
