Job Description
Acts to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the
security of the property. Trains team members and ensures full
compliance with all corporate guidelines and local, state and federal
laws and regulations regarding emergency management, loss prevention,
safety and security. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels,
schedules and evaluates staff. Serves as liaison with local law
enforcement and leads investigations of accidents, thefts, property
loss, etc. Writes and assists in the administration and accuracy of
all required reports and documentation.Local candidates preferred.Education* 4-year college degree preferred with emphasis in Law EnforcementExperience* 5 or more years Security experience or related experience with supervisory or management experience required.* Customer service experience preferred.Licenses or Certificates* CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred.* Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate.Other* Applicants with additional language skills preferred with Japanese, Mandarin and/or Cantonese being the most desirable.Smoke-free/Drug-free Workplace....Read more.
