Job Description
This associate will oversee advanced level and/or managerial professional security work to include: manage or conduct security and investigation projects, providing major input to the development of the annual plan, and providing training, coaching and supervision to internal staff.Responsibilities:
-Manage group of security or investigations staff members that provide security or investigations consulting and services to external clients across COF
-Manage design and execution of security or investigations related projects with high degree of complexity and/or greater levels of risk.
-Contributes to the annual planning and budgeting process
-Manage up to 7 people
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree in Security Administration or Investigations, related field, or military experience
-5 years of experience in Physical security, threat management, auditing, investigations or consulting experience with a commercial organization
Preferred Qualifications:
-Masters Degree in Public Administration, Security Administration, Risk Management or Law
-5 years of experience in Internal fraud detection strategies and solutions
-5 years of experience in People management
-2 years of experience in Financial institution, preferably banking
-5 years of experience in Report writing
-Widely recognized professional certification
-10 Years of experience in Physical security, threat management, auditing, investigations or consulting experience with a commercial organization, preferably financial services
-10 Years of experience in Internal fraud detection strategies and solutions
