The Red Rock Security Manager provides
management, oversight and supervision over the
Australian Raytheon Facility Security Officer
position as well as the 14 member Security Duty
Officer force located at the JDFPG. This position is
responsible for providing the customer with up-to-
date standard operating procedures, site policies,
construction security plans, and detailed metrics
as required in the Red Rock Statement of Work
and facility publications.
The individual filling this position must
demonstrate and maintain respective subject
matter expertise, effective leadership abilities;
effective communication skills, uncompromising
integrity and ethics, and the ability to
consistently deliver security excellence.
REQUIRED:
¤Must be a U.S. Citizen;
¤Minimum 8 years related experience (Physical,
¤Personnel and Program Security).
¤Minimum of 5 years of experience managing
projects of similar size, scope and complexity;
¤College Degree or equivalent experience;
¤Knowledge of and experience working with
NISPOM and DCID/ICD security processes and
procedures;
¤Familiarity of NISPOM and DCID/ICD policies in
regards to Physical, Personnel, and Information
Security;
¤Experience supervising a security staff operating
on a 24x7 basis;
¤Demonstrated capability to exercise good
judgment;
¤Ability to communicate ideas and
recommendations both orally and in writing;
¤Clearance - Current SSBI and TS/SCI with CI
Polygraph.
DESIRED:

background.
