Engility is currently seeking a Law Enforcement Instructor/ Tactical Training Instructor to join our ICITAP Team in the Ukraine
ICITAP is a law enforcement development organization whose mission is to work with foreign governments to develop effective, professional, and transparent law enforcement
capacity that protects human rights, combats corruption, and reduces the threat of transnational crime and terrorism, in support of U.S. foreign policy and national security objectives.

ICITAP requires a Law Enforcement Instructor to serve on a Train-the-Trainer team responsible for preparing 60 – 75 instructors for each new patrol department established in Ukraine.

Minimum Tangible Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust prior to Deployment
Currently serving as a police officer with 5 years of experience
Current police officer with experience teaching tactical training to police cadets
Bachelor degree or higher in criminal justice or related field (comparable work experience accepted)
At least 1 year experience serving as police tactical trainer
A candidate’s training experience exceeding the minimum requirements can compensate for the lack of a Bachelor’s degree.
A candidate that is retired can be considered if taught tactical subjects in a police academy in the last 5 years .

Preferred Qualifications :
Current tactical trainer in a police academy ( large organization )
Outstanding communication skills in the training arena
Ability to make recommendations on specialized training programs .
