Job Introduction:
G4S Tanzania  requires a seasoned professional with sound managerial experience of contractual and ad hoc security services to
customers within the business unit, in compliance with legislation, Company policies and procedures, to ensure achievement of budgeted financial targets.
The successful incumbent will report to the Head of Operations – Tanzania

Role Responsibility:
  •  Effective management of the business unit financial performance
  •  To manage staff within region
  • Effective management of operations within the region
  • To be actively involved in the business development function
  • To prioritize Health and Safety within the business

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience of Manned guarding operations and line management is essential
  • At least 3 years’ experience in similar position in large business unit
  • Experience of managing in a labour intensive, multi-shift environment is essential
