$65,000 - $72,000 Annual compensation DOE (Based on 40 hours per week)

This is a Full Time, Armed Residential Security Team Member position for a prestigious operation in the Palo Alto, CA area.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Safeguard AS Solution client residence and maintains confidentially at all times
Reports to AS Solution project management team and client representative
Conducts ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessments
Follow’s AS Solution and Client directed SOP’s
Works directly with local law enforcement to insure AO continuity
Operates motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner
Will maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance
The ideal candidate should be able to / should possess:
1+ years residential security or executive protection experience in a team environment
A valid CA BSIS guard card and exposed firearms permit is required at the time of application
A valid CA CCW and/or HR-218/LEOSA is required at the time of application
Local Bay Area/Silicon Valley Law Enforcement experience a plus
LEOSA qualified Military personnel is highly desired
Experience working in security team environments highly desired
A strong understanding of residential and executive security standard procedures
Experience working to operating in a High Net Worth Family environment
Have an operational understanding of today’s technology across all platforms
Strong writing and interpersonal skills
Fluently read, speak and write the English language
A minimum of CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required
Have a current understanding of all local and state use of force laws
Possess a valid and current driver license
