Security Cooperation Program Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Support command military-to-military partnership for peace initiatives. Conduct strategic country planning in coordination with command Country Desk Offices, ODCs, BAOs, State Partnership Coordinators and Directors, various staff entities, service components, and other government agencies. Develop the annual plan in accordance with legislation, policy, and Security Cooperation guidance. Prioritize activities within countries. Develop the annual draft program plan in coordination with all stakeholders.


Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience with security cooperation and engagement activities
-6+ years of experience with analysis at the strategic or operational command level -Ability to travel throughout Europe and the US, as necessary, and possession of a valid passport
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in the EUCOM AOR
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
