T&M is currently seeking a fulltime Investigative Analyst to be part of our Business Intelligence & Analysis division located in New York City. Today’s business leaders face unprecedented challenges and risks when making decisions. Our skilled investigative and research team addresses our clients’ most complex problems by treating each challenge as a unique engagement, asking the right questions; then combining rigorous desktop research of open source and proprietary databases with human source intelligence and analysis to help clients mitigate risk and make better business decisions.

T&M’s Investigative Analysts are an integral part of our Business Intelligence & Analysis division, responsible for conducting research related to due diligence and employment related background screenings, international threat assessments and social media monitoring. Analysts are responsible for conducting in depth investigative research utilizing open source and proprietary databases. Analysts must synthesize large amounts of detailed information from multiple sources and effectively summarize that information into concise analytical assessments.

Strong writing skills and attention to detail.

The ability to be proactive and self-motivated while working within a team setting.

The ability to multitask on several assignments, prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.

Good problem solving skills and the ability to think creatively about how to locate information that may be difficult to find.

Familiarity with social media and social media tracking tools.

Education/Prior Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited university. Degrees in international relations/affairs, political science, criminal justice or law a plus.

1-3 years of prior work experience as an analyst in the public or private sector a plus.
