The Leader Training Program at JRTC consists of a seven to eight day Program of Instruction (POI) conducted ten to twelve times per year. The program’s goal is to refine the war-fighting skills of unit commanders (Bde and below) and their staff in order to enhance unit capabilities for follow-on training and deployments.
