Job Summary:
The position is located in the Office of Mobile Security Deployments (MSD), Training Directorate (T), Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS). The incumbent serves as a Security Specialist responsible for planning, organizing and managing highly specialized security related training.

Incumbent will be subject to random drug testing.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret
security clearance.
One year probationary period, unless excepted by

Duties:
-Plans, organizes, and manages presentation of major course offerings to include negotiating course schedules and managing logistics arrangements such as availability of space, facilities and equipment. Serves as an instructor.
-Participates in the planning, writing, designing and development of new security training courses as well as course analysis, development, pilot testing and course evaluation processes.
-Establishes and maintains liaison with a broad array of law enforcement, security, military, government, and civilian organizations affected by training missions.
-Plans, organizes, assigns, monitors, coordinates and reviews the work of instructors conducting individual training courses.
-Assists with the development, publication, maintenance and revision as required of MSD Tactical Standard Operating Procedures.
