Tubular Structures International is looking for a Security Guard. TSI is in the steel fabrication industry. We build pressure vessels for the oil & gas industry as well as towers for the wind energy industry. TSI is proud to be a leader in regards to compensation. TSI offers paid vacations, paid holidays, and 100% paid health insurance for the employee. A salary increase is possible after completing the 90 day probationary period.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the security industry. Candidate must be able to pass pre-employment screening, background check and a drug test. Candidate must also meet each of the following requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
No criminal convictions.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in the English language for the purpose of public interaction and report writing.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Negative result on pre-employment drug screen.
Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard.
Neat and professional appearance.
Ability to provide quality customer service.
Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively.
This position requires an individual to work long hours at night and on the weekend. Must patrol a 100 acre facility and maintain activity reports. Must be able to remain calm and objective in difficult situations. Must be able to exercise good judgment in an emergency.
