Become a part of our team. CTC has an opportunity for a qualified United States Army Civil Affairs Psychological Operations Command (USACAPOC) Airborne Liaison in Tampa, FL.

USACAPOC AIRBORNE LIAISON

CTC is seeking a Program Liaison to provide program management support to the USACAPOC Airborne Liaison to the United States Special Operations Command General Purpose Forces Program Manager supporting:

• Program Management and Coordination;
• Documentation Review and Socialization;
• Data Collection and Reporting;
• Technology Evaluation and Documentation;
• Proposal Review, Supporting Financial Management;
• Contract Administration for all MISO/ CA GPF Efforts.

It is estimated that the majority of programs will be in production, deployment or operations and support.

Basic Requirements:
• BS degree in relevant discipline plus 10 or more years of direct work experience with C4ISR “Relevant Technical Field”; 8 of those years should be direct work experience, to include: Design, Development, Production, Installation, and Test and Evaluation; 4 of those years should include the following as a manager: supervising project personnel, scheduling work, writing proposals and preparing bids, and equipment and material logistics control.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal skills are required.
• Candidate must have 5 years operational experience in Psychological Operations/MISO.
• A Special Operations background is preferred.

Candidate must possess, at minimum, an active Top Secret clearance.
