Job Description
Professional Close Protection Team Leaders
Hart is currently accepting candidates for Team Leader positions in Iraq. Previous experience in Iraq is essential. The Team Leader will:
- Prepare and conduct briefings to the Client and PSD teams
- Command the PSD team in accordance with Hart’s policies/procedures and local regulations
- Provide on-going training and support of the PSD team and Host Country Nationals to ensure continual personal development and training of each member.
- Accurately document and submit task, incident, training and intelligence reports to the Project Manager
- Provide a professional superior Client service
The successful candidate will have:
- Seven to ten years Military or Forces experience
- recognised Close Protection qualification
- Previous Team Leader experience, with at least one year Iraq experience
- Clear criminal/police background check
- FPOS/MIRA qualification highly desired .
