The Role
Salary: AED 15,000 – 18,000
The successful candidate will:
Effectively mitigate security and operational risk whilst ensuring that the physical security processes, procedures and systems are in compliance with Company Policy.
Report, investigate and resolve all incidents relating to the physical security of people and assets.
Implement evacuation and emergency procedures in line with Company Group Asset Protection Program and Group Risk Management.
Conduct regular loss prevention, security and health and safety reviews. Provide reports, observations, and subsequent recommendations.
Provide training sessions to all shop based staff to improve their effectiveness in reducing shrinkage.
Supervise all 3rd party Security providers.
Work alongside Mall Security and security providers to gather information on possible threats, and report corrective action to Loss Prevention Manager.
Requirements
A large retailer is keen to hire a Security Manager to develop their physical security and health and safety program to ensure all retail outlets are protected against physical security threats and risks related to people, premises, and assets.
Preferably a graduate in any discipline.
4 -5 years work experience in a large and diverse retail environment with at least 2 years Security Management experience within a retail environment.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
