Responsibilities:
Leadership and management oversight to plan, transition, integrate, consolidate, and control security mission activities, including protection of Cat 1 SNM facilities. Responsible for implementation of ISM/ISSM (Integrated Safety Management/ Integrated Safeguards and Security Management), maintenance of labor harmony, reduction of costs, and communicating/reporting contract status to the government. Works with Client, contractors, tenants, and site users implementing a collaborative approach to institute and maintain a positive security culture at Site. Accountable for rigorous conduct of operations, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and incorporating small business goals. Responsible for the timely and effective integration of security operations at geographically-dispersed sites. Standardizes operations and deploys best practices among sites.
Qualifications:
Requires previous DOE/NNSA Protective Force project experience and DOE “Q” clearance.
