Requirements
- Bachelor Degree preferred and 5 years of ISSM/ISSO experience on classified systems. – In-depth knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and experience working with the Defense Security Service. – US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance. – CISSP Certification. ( Preferred but not required) – Keen understanding of regulations that encompass SCI and collateral security processes. – Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of applications. – Experience in Network Security and multiple operating systems. – Familiarity with secure implementations such as VPNs, encryption technologies, and wireless technologies. – Completion of DSS Academy FSO course for possessing facilities and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) course. – Ability to multi-task. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.

Position Description
- Full time Security Operations Manager with technical expertise in Information Systems security to apply security measures and controls to computer systems processing classified information. – Draft and review information systems plan documentation in collaboration with security management personnel. – Perform information systems technical assessments and reviews. – Provide system-specific or general information system security training and briefings. – Conduct a variety of certification and accreditation processes including system configuration and hardening, system disposition, system clearing and sanitization. – Participate in internal company audits throughout the various company locations CONUS. – The position requires travel. – Investigate, resolve, and recommend corrective action(s) and solutions for system or end user anomalies, to include digital forensics. – Work collaboratively and/or independently in fast paced ever changing environment. – Assimilate and compose organizational crisis management and business continuity plans.
Salary : Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
