Basic Tactical Operators Course (BTOC)/Advanced Marksmanship Instructor (AMI) instructors
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has experienced dramatic growth in the last several years resulting from evolving maritime homeland security needs. Additional assistance is needed to ensure that the USCG is supported and staffed with trained people for the USCG cutters, boats, aircraft equipment and facilities. There is ongoing need for Performance Analysis, Curriculum Development, Training administration and Instructional support staff at USCG training sites.

A-T Solutions is recruiting for ten Basic Tactical Operators Course (BTOC)/Advanced Marksmanship Instructor (AMI) instructors at Camp Lejeune, NC. The instructors required to assist the government in the delivery of BTOC/AMI shall have the specific qualification, and experience below:
· Multiple years of experience as an Instructor for combat marksmanship and close quarters combat. Must be extremely knowledgeable of safety requirements for setting up shoot house scenarios.
· Graduate of a certified instructor trainer course.
· Experience as a maritime tactical assault team member from U.S. Navy SEALs, FBI Hostage Rescue Team (HRT), U.S. Secret Service Counter Assault Team, or United States Border Patrol Tactical Unit (BORTAC).
· Experience in current infiltration/exfiltration tactics, techniques, and procedures, including but not limited to fast rope insertion/extraction, and hook and climb operations.
· Experience in Special Operations / tactical boat assault operations, noncompliant/opposed vessel boarding operations, and synchronization of helicopter and boat assault operations.
· Experience in ballistic mechanical/manual special operations breaching techniques.

Additional requirements include:
· Must qualify on Coast Guard weapon courses in order to train and carry CG weapons; meet all policies and training within 30 days of employment.
· Must meet standardized JMTC instructor qualifications including Critical Task Evaluations required of students and other HRT requirements and maintain currency through quarterly proficiency training and evaluation with USCG provided weapons and ammunition.
· Must be able to serve under harsh environmental conditions, to include wearing body armor kit, up to an additional 60 LBS in intense heat, cold, wet, conditions over 10 hours a day.
· Must possess a secret clearance with no derogatory background results to include any violations of the Lautenberg Amendment.
· Must provide copy of discharge DD-214 if declaring military experience.
· These positions are considered key personnel.
