JOB SUMMARY:

In support of the NPS mission, the Associate Director, Workforce Management ensures the NPS has people with the right skills, at the right place and at the right time.

The NPS is focusing on increasing the security of our facilities and information systems through a common Identification Standard for Federal Employees and Contractors.

The Personnel Security and Identity Management Group maintains classified and sensitive information and is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of security practices, intelligence-information and other sensitive or classified materials. This position is located in the National Park Service, Office of Human Resources, Washington Area Servicing Office (WASO), Human Resources Operations, in the Workforce Management Directorate, Washington, DC.
