Director of Operations

This position is responsible for managing and leading contract security operations associated with the various US corporate accounts. The Director of Operations directs physical security surveys, assessments, reviews and inspections; directs development of security policies, procedures and plans; directs efforts to protect company assets and personnel. As BFH Executive Search's client's business grows activities will shift away from business development and project management to business management and leadership of field and project managers. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage existing contacts in the federal government contract security service market to rapidly grow this business.
MINIMUM CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS 10+ years experience in security or law enforcement in leadership positions.
High level consulting experience is also a must.

Physical Security Manager
