Job Description
Silverback7, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to serve as Full-time employees in Charlottesville, VA.
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI
The Junior All-Source Intel Analyst will perform research, analysis, and production in accordance with priorities and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills
3-5 years of related experience
High School Diploma required, B.A. degree preferred
All-source intelligence research, analysis, and production experience within the past five years
A minimum of one year of experience providing intelligence support regarding issues within Afghanistan
A minimum of one year of all-source BEI experience
A minimum of one prior deployment (in a military or civilian capacity) to Iraq or Afghanistan
Full proficiency (including complex Boolean logic queries) with standard all-source intelligence research tools such as: Pathfinder / TRAX, Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), Distributed Common Ground Station – Army (DCGS-A) applications such as Query Tree, CIDNE, M3 / AMHS, Analyst Notebook, and / or Google Earth (proficiency with all of the listed systems is preferred but not required)
A minimum of one year of experience using BIR / BI2R
Full proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
Prior active duty military experience
Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
