Job Description
Provide Security Assistance training of Advisors and Security Force Assistance Teams deploying to contingency operations. To provide instruction on SFA classes taught to Military instructors in a quarterly train the trainer event. Duties will include training of Security Assistance Instructors. Duties will include POI development, refinement and instruction of SFA courses. Instruction will include but are not be limited to, Stability Operations, Security Assistance, Security Cooperation, Advising Foreign Security, Fundamentals of Insurgency; COIN Fundamentals; Fundamentals of COIN Targeting: Population Need, Security, and CMO; Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) in COIN; Areas, Structure, Capabilities, Organizations, People, and Events (ASCOPE) Brief; Local Human Intelligence, MDMP in COIN and Irregular Warfare and Personnel Recovery.

Requirements:
a. Secret security clearance
b. Bachelor’s Degree or better
c. Recent (last 2-3 years) military experience in Afghanistan
d. Special Operation s experience or experience as an Advisor to Afghan National Security in Afghanistan.
