Job Purpose
The Protective Services Agent II provides comprehensive protective security services under the direction of the Team Leader and Operations Officer.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Provides protective escort and accompanies the principal on all movements.
Initiates emergency-response actions in the event of crises, emergencies or threats to the principal.
Provides security threat assessment while reviewing the daily schedule and projected travel itinerary of the principal to identify potential security and safety related issues.
Ensures that reconnaissance of locations to be visited by the principal has been conducted.
Performs logistical support for the principal’s movements by coordinating with hosts, Purchaser staff, drivers and others.
Coordinates planning and execution for visiting dignitaries to include Heads of State, political leaders and executives from other organizations.
Participates in physical security programs to include corporate facilities, residence and hotels, charter aircraft, special events, ground and air transportation and special projects.
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
Must be a US Citizen.
Successfully completed a basic law enforcement training program or military equivalent.
Have served in a law enforcement capacity within the last five years.
Have at least one year of basic law enforcement experience to include general arrest authority.
A minimum of 5 (five) years’ experience with a law enforcement, military, intelligence, public or private security organization.
A minimum of 3 (three) years’ experience in executive protection.
Qualifications and Specialist Skills
A Bachelor’s degree or international education equivalent is preferred.
Certified Protection Profession or Certified Protection Officer designation preferred
