Posting Job Description 
The Security Systems Coordinator maintains and supports the the delivery of security and emergency management technology services to MillerCoors facilities throughout the enterprise. The Coordinator serves as a key liaison on behalf of Corporate Security to both MillerCoors sites and external contractors to ensure all security and emergency management systems remain operational.
The Coordinator will support training, system analysis, system maintenance and project support as required. A strong customer service mentality coupled with a background in security operations and emergency management is ideal but comparable experience will be considered.Travel: Less than 10% travel is associated with this position.
Relocation will not be offered for this position.

Preferred Qualifications Corporate Security System Administration
Maintains and revises documentation related to system training, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Regularly publishes system status information / dashboards to key stakeholders.
Receives initial calls/emails from sites experiencing system issues and begins trouble shooting and problem resolution.
Submits and tracks trouble tickets with network or information technology partners.
As directed by the Security Systems Analyst, initiates discussions with outside vendors for issue resolution.
Schedules, coordinates, and/or performs ongoing system maintenance and associated upgrades.
Supports efforts to prioritize resources in resolving system issues or outages.
Manages user profiles and permission levels within various security and communication systems.

Support Corporate Security Projects Across the Enterprise:

Works with designated project manager to coordinate for and track Corporate Security team deliverables.
Schedules project management team meetings as directed.
Works closely with designated project manager to maintain project management tracking software or systems.
Communicates timing of deliverables to stakeholders and customers.
