Ensures proper alignment with Nike Inc. Global Security programs.
Develops and manages contract securitystrategy
Establishes professional workingrelationships with public sector partners who support Converse facilities.
Ensures compliance with appropriatesafety standards and regulations.
Conducts security/safety training andawareness for employees.
Develops security/safety plans, andprovides on-site management for major events and significant off-site meetings.
Partners with Global SecurityIntelligence Manager to monitor and assesses security threats that may impact Converse employees or business operations.
Develops and implements mitigationstrategies.
Drives crisis management strategy andleads response protocols.
Conducts security related investigationsas required.


Qualifications
10 + years professional work experience in security management related roles.
Strong preference for individuals who have previous private sector security management for multi- national companies.
Proficiency in office/ facility physical security planning and access control management.Previous work experience conducting investigations.
College degree in a related field of study or specialized work experience in law enforcement or military service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency using computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
