Security Escort

Job Description
The Escort is primarily responsible for monitoring uncleared individuals in designated buildings and on property, protecting equipment and material from inadvertent disclosure, and controlling access to designated work locations. The Escort will ensure positive control of all individuals - from verification of identify upon arrival to escorting within the facility and ensuring they exit appropriately. The working conditions are typically, though not always, construction-type environments and may require the Escort to wear personal protection equipment (PPE), which will be
provided. The Escort will be scheduled to work on an ‘as needed’ and must remain flexible to report for duty when contacted. This position is categorized as a ‘Casual Employee’.

This position requires employees to be willing and able to: walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time.

Basic Qualifications
•Strong customer service skills.
•Excellent attention to detail
•Required to follow all company personnel and safety policies, and perform all assigned duties in a safe work manner.
•Will arrive at work at the designated time in proper business attire and carrying needed, issued equipment.
•Will carry out general and special instructions as assigned.
•Will communicate via radio, telephone and orally according to situation.
•Required to interact and escort as required with public and government personnel.
•Will be responsible for cleanliness of equipment assigned.
•Meet, greet and interact professionally with employees, executive staff, and the general public
•Maintain poise and self-control under all conditions.
•Read, speak, understand, and apply printed rules, detailed orders, instructions, and training materials.
•Must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays and be on call
•Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

•This position requires employees to be willing and able to: walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time.

•Active Top Secret Clearance with access to SCI is required
•U.S. Citizenship
•Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
