Position Description Provides protection services to Boeing's senior executive leadership, Board of Directors and designated others as directed. Collects and analyzes perceived and known threat data and conducts detailed threat analysis and initiates actions to mitigate risk and protect personnel, information and property.
Performs as team leader for 2-4 Executive Protection Specialists conducting recurring and/or concurrent safety and security operations for domestic and international business travel. Leads efforts of the security detail to coordinate detailed planning and execute the plan with high probability of success throughout a wide range of situations and circumstances both on and off Boeing property, and on both domestic and foreign soil. Integrates security activities for routine business events and travel. Responds to, assesses the situation, and takes appropriate action during emergency situations. Determines and deploys appropriate resources and interfaces with external security and law enforcement agencies as required to ensure the safety of personnel and to preserve the continuity of various events and functions. Oversees the coordination and provision of logistical support for executive events and travel. Collects, interprets and communicates metrics and data for the event recovery plan and for utilization in support of future operations.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration
 Do you have experience in close protection and the personal security of a customer/principal? Are you willing to travel both domestically and internationally 50% of the time each month (duration will vary from 2 to 10 consecutive days each trip)? Are you willing to work in a small team with as few as two team members with minimal logistical support?

Typical Education/Experience Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Other Job related information Frequent domestic and international travel, often on short notice, is required for this position. Prefer applicant to have the ability to operate independently or in a small team (with as few as two people) with minimal guidance and with possible resource constraints. Travel Duration will vary from 2 to 10 consecutive days each trip.
