Position Title: Manager, Campus Security
Reports to: VP, Loss Prevention
Location: Home Office – New Albany, OH

Position Summary
The Manager of Campus Security is a critical business partner to the Facilities and Loss Prevention departments and is responsible for providing a safe working environment for all campus Associates. This position will supervise the Global Secure Traveler program as well as provide planning and direction for Emergency Response and Medical Emergencies. The Global Security Operations Center also falls under the supervision of this role including the responsibility to report theft, monitor world events for potential business interruptions and personnel safety, and monitor in store overnight maintenance. This individual must be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced atmosphere, support the campus environment, and provide a professional and challenging environment for their direct reports.

Responsibilities:

Maintain budgets for department including tracking capital and expense updates for new and existing projects.
Work with the Loss Prevention department to coordinate communication of reported theft through the hotline.
Form partnerships and business relationships with outside vendors and department heads.
Ensure Campus Security personnel are representing the Brand and providing a safe working environment for all associates and visitors.
Maintain staff of qualified First Responders for medical emergencies.
Source new technology to leverage existing technology and practices.
Review all emergency and evacuation plans and provide feedback and direction on appropriate responses and measures.
Ensure all Campus associates and visitors adhere to campus policies.
Investigate reported losses and incidents of theft.
Work with Human Resources and Real Estate to implement safe travel advisories into new countries, and maintain constant communication to Company on potential safety issues and business interruptions in existing countries and stores.
Work closely with local authorities to support company activities held on campus.

Qualifications
4-year degree (required).
6-10 years experience in Loss Prevention, Security, or related field.
Experience in managing security in a campus environment.
Experience in managing people in a corporate and/or field environment.
Knowledgeable in local laws relating to the security of private property, investigations and prosecution.
Highly proficient in social media surveillance, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
First Aid and CPR Certified preferred
Previous experience in development and implementation of successful shortage reduction initiatives.
