PROGRAM MANAGER, SECURITY
Northridge Hospital Medical Center
The Manager of Security organizes, directs, coordinates and evaluates the services provided on a 24-hour basis. Participates and collaborates with all other departments in the medical center to achieve a safe and secure environment. Provides overall leadership to Security staff to insure proper ongoing training is maintained. Member of Executive Safety committee, complete and maintain Security Plan through EOC. Conduct Security assessments of EOC every 18 months. Conducts monthly new hire orientation. Maintains a proactive approach to security issues. Protect the hospital assets from fire, theft, damage & misuse. Exercise mature judgment, sound reasoning and interpersonal skills while maintaining a high level of integrity.

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years leadership experience. Military/Law enforcement experiences a plus. Security/Basic civilian law knowledge preferred. Knowledge and skills in staff development, financial/information management. Bachelors degree preferred.
