Biometric Enabled-Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (Job Number:305489)
Description:
SAIC is looking for a Biometric Enabled-Intelligence Subject Matter Expert for Charlottesville, VA.
The candidate will be a part of a team tasked with integrating biometrics and identity intelligence data into ongoing DoD Cloud initiatives. Primary taskings will include providing subject-matter expertise on biometric collection, exploitation, and data processing to government and contractor integration teams. The candidate will help incorporate best practices in identity intelligence analysis, analytic tradecraft, and mission workflows into ongoing technology integration efforts as well as new pilot projects. The candidate will help define requirements, generate business processes, and lead integration and user testing on Cloud integration
services and analytical software widgets
Candidate should have extensive knowledge of the Intelligence Community, DoD, and specifically the Biometrics and Identity Intelligence Enterprise. The candidate should be familiar with customer CONUS and OCONUS missions, and understand tactical collection technologies, as well as reach-back exploitation and analysis activities. Familiarity with DIA mission areas, advanced software analysis tools and systems engineering is a plus.
Qualifications:
Active TOP SECRET/SCI Required
5+ Years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years hands-on experience in biometrics or identity intelligence. Should include both BEI production and OCONUS mission expertise
Knowledge of DoD Forensics missions, to include evidence processing and in-theater lab data formats
Knowledge of Biometric-Enabled Watchlist data mission flows, including DoD and National Level programs
Expert knowledge of underlying data of BI2R, BAT; must understand inputs, outputs, and full system functionality
Knowledge of Special Operations Community Biometrics data
Familiarity with CIDNE and other tactical intelligence systems
