Job Description
JTG inc. is looking for a Facility Security Officer (FSO)/ Human Resources (HR) Specialist for its HQ in Vienna,
The successful candidate performs as a Facility Security Officer in the National Industry Security Program, develops Company specific Standard Security Practice Procedures, processes the branch facility’s clearance; processes,
maintains and transmits (via Visit Request) personnel security clearances, and maintains and safeguards the classified inventory.

As a Human Resources Specialist, they will provide the necessary support for employees being hired or departing the Company. They will process benefits including medical and 401K, perform interviews and take and active role in recruiting new personnel. The HR Specialist will enforce the Company’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum of active Top Secret Clearance
Minimum of five years experience as an FSO
​Minimum of two years experience as an HR Specialist
Effective written and verbal communication
BA/BS degree preferred
