*Acts as the direct liaison for Senior Executive Management. *Responsible for overall Nightclub Security Compliance *Acts as Liaison with Las Vegas Metro and Gaming Control Board *Maintain an open line of communication with senior staff and meet on a regular basis to discuss status, issues and progress of nightclubs. *Ensure Nightclub Management and Staff Compliance with Wynn Policies & Procedures. Ensures policies are current and observed by all club representatives. Creates policies as needed. *Monitors entrance/exit line compliance, VIP accommodations, professionalism of security personnel and continual training of staff to maintain highest Wynn standards. Coordinates security for all high profile guests and their executive protection *Conducts internal and external investigations regarding all aspects of the nightclubs. *Responsible for all Nightclub Security Training *Ensure Nightclub Management and Staff Compliance with Law Enforcement and Regulatory Agency Policies and Standards. *Work in cooperation with Director of Safety to ensure adherence to Fire, Safety and Crowd Control Standards. *Conduct regular Pre-Shift briefings on Zero Tolerance, Employee Standards and Compliance *Conducts extensive background investigations of all nightclub employees and contingent employees. *Personally interviews said employees to ensure that Wynn standards are thoroughly conducted and maintained. *Ensure records of alcohol sales an inventory are maintained and accurate by reviewing daily and weekly P/L reports. *Completes daily inventory reports should also note items missing or stolen from storage areas. *Conducts shops and oversee audits regarding tip compliance, inventory, and revenue. *Monitors behavior of: bartenders, hosts, cocktail servers, nightclub management and security personnel. *Monitors interactions of club hosts and guests. *Administrative oversight of all security personnel. *Conducts and oversees due diligence integrity checks for all club representatives. *Ensures compliance of County, State, and Federal laws as well as Alcohol and Gaming regulations. Remain cognizant of health and safety issues. Monitor employee relations and misconduct to ensure a pleasant working environment. Ensure all safety issues are addressed. *Conducts risk assessment evaluations to limit and correct problematic issues that may arise in various situations, such as entry lines, overcrowding and night club capacity. *Monitor and mediate employee and guest complaints. *React immediately and appropriately to the concerns of company executives.

Job Requirements:
*Minimum of (5) five years prior supervisory or management experience. *Prior law enforcement experience is preferred. *Requires advanced knowledge of nightclub concepts, principles, practices and procedures. *Requires demonstrated strong problem solving skills. *Requires effective leadership, supervisory and management skills. *Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests, staff, executives and law enforcement. *Requires strong communication and organizational skills. *Working knowledge of all state, federal and gaming laws and regulations. *Must be able to multi-task and handle stressful situations. *Able to maintain confidentiality. *A willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays. *A willingness to work in a loud and smoke filled environment. *A valid Nevada Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness card are required and must be obtained before entering this position. *Must be 21 years of age or over.
