Immediate Need-Mid-Level All Source Military/Political Analyst – KOREA

Period of Performance:
Base +4 Option Years (awarded) – candidates expected to start on site in Hawaii immediately/under 30 days

Location of Performance:
Joint Base Pearl Harbor – Hickam & Camp H.M. Smith, HI – but could extend to US Military bases in PACOM AOR

Salary: $75-78K+ annually, $1-4K signing bonuses if needed (NO RELO) –
Hours: Core Work Day from 730 – 1630

Security Requirements:
Active TS/SCI (if debriefed from SCI, within the last 24 months), Shall have passed or be able to pass a CI polygraph, Current valid tourist passport (candidates may not be submitted if they have an open PR unless it is with DIA)

Mid-Level Requirements (per the PWS):
Bachelor or Masters Degree with 4-6 years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience.

Job Duties/Required Knowledge/Skills:
SME All-Source Political/Military Analysts
Develop and disseminate assessments on issues address PACOM foreign stability, threat, military developments
Will brief assessments at the theater operational to strategic levels
Craft informed collection requirements to satisfy information gaps
Provide operationally relevant analysis on the above countries re: political/military activities
Provide input to imagery, signals, and HUMINT collection requirements and recommend solutions to collections gaps
Support theater Operational Planning Teams (OPTs)
Participate in information exchanges with foreign and IC partners
Produce subject specific, finished intelligence products
Prepare and present written and oral briefings
Morning Intelligence Brief (MIB) and End of Day Updates – summarizing significant events for the day
Knowledge Management: knowledge of A-Space, SharePoint, and become familiar with Command webpage programs, HOT-R
Possess knowledge of the national defense warning frameworks
Possess familiarity with JIOC Intelligence Planner processes and tradecraft (JOPES/Functional/Engagement & Information Sharing)
Experience in Combatant Command (CCMD) Intelligence staff actions and planning either as members of a CCMD/Sub-unified Command staff or a Theater Service Component or Direct Reporting Unit (e.g. JIOC) staff or a graduate of Command and Staff War College of Joint Staff Officer designation

Desired: Joint Exercise Experience with the S. Koreans. UFL or UFG Joint Exercises
