ADP has announced that Dealer Services will be spun off into its own stand-alone, publicly traded company by the end of the year. The new entity, whose name has yet to be announced, will be a global, Fortune 1000 company serving dealers in over 100 countries. This position will play an important role in supporting the newly independent organization’s continued growth.

Facilities Security & Protection--Work Force Protection

This position is part of the Converged Security Services team, under the Global Security Office. The
incumbent is responsible for the ADP global facilities and work force protection programs, worldwide. The incumbent will also advise and assist senior GSO leadership with the development of these policies, implementing and subsequently managing the security provisioning that will prevent the loss of intellectual, financial, and company assets as well as provide a safe and secure environment for ADP personnel globally. Additionally, this incumbent will oversee security prevention programs which may include, but not limited to, Identity Access Controls, Workplace Violence Prevention, Crisis Management, and Information Security. In addition to facilities protection this individual will be charged with developing programs to ensure the safety of global associates while in travel on official business, in DS facilities, at DS events and executive protection.

Additional responsibilities include: maintaining the security posture of assigned ADP facilities and may function as a principal member of the ADP Incident Management Team at time of crisis or disaster. Responsible for the management and coordination of covert investigations with the Converged Security Service (CSC), Office of Investigative Operations and local, state or Federal law enforcement agencies, relevant to fraudulent or criminal acts committed against ADP or its associates.

As directed by the Vice President, CSS, the incumbent will conduct site security advances for ADP major events or other functions and serve as the CSS security presence at these events globally.
Directs Facilities Security and Protection staff to meet the defined programs, responsibilities and goals associated with the Global Security Organization's (GSO) worldwide security and facilities protection policy
Serves as the primary manager responsible for the oversight of the Global Security Organization's (GSO) worldwide security and facilities protection policy. Supervises and directs the implementation of these policies by direct reports and third party vendors.
Oversee security prevention programs which may include, but not limited to, Identity Access Controls, Workplace Violence Prevention, executive and DS event protection, Travel Security, Crisis Management, and Information Security.
Responsible for management and oversight including the development and implementation of defined security controls that will prevent the loss of intellectual, financial, and company assets as well as provide a safe and secure environment for ADP personnel globally.
Responsible for the management and coordination of confidential/covert investigations while partnering with ADP Corporate Converged Security Personnel and local, state or Federal law enforcement agencies, relevant to fraudulent or criminal acts committed against ADP or its associates.
Actively engages with local law enforcement, and at the direction of the Vice President, CSS or the Director of Investigative Operations, supervises the assets required to implement workforce protection at ADP's global facilities, in order to safeguard the wellbeing of ADP associates.
As directed by the Vice President, CSS, will conduct comprehensive site security surveys for ADP major events and other functions globally. Will also serve as the CSS security representative at events and functions, supervising other GSO associates or third party vendors, in order to safeguard the attendees, the public and proprietary information.
Establishes and maintains a partnership with local law enforcement, fire prevention and federal agencies. Conducts periodic evaluations of current socioeconomic, criminal, political, topical or specific events, which may potentially pose a threat to ADP associates or it assets.
Participate in new/modified facility access or alternative power system projects to ensure that security/disaster recovery issues are adequately addressed.
Provide appropriate training to new associates on relevant security issues within throughout assigned global offices.
Performs other related duties as assigned. Experience, Skills, Academic:
Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Homeland Security Studies and 10+ years managing similar processes
Accreditation with a PSP, CPP, or CISM through ASIS/ISACA Organizations preferred
Includes 10+ of proven security management, managing processes that include security administration, supervision, training and budgeting in multiple sites
Extensive experience required in a multi-disciplined, high technology physical security environment inclusive of but not limited to facility access badging systems, CCTV systems, and active/passive security monitoring and provisioning.
