Salary:$120000 - $140000 per annum + PTO, 401k, gym membership, parking
Responsible for planning and directing the Company's security function; developing, implementing, and managing the strategic and tactical planning for the Company's security function aligned with overall business objectives; developing, planning, organizing, and directing the activities of on-site security supervisors and ensuring their actions comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet corporate and customer needs.
Develops and implements policies, procedures, protocols, training, and methods for identifying and protecting intellectual property assets, personnel, property, facilities, operations, or material from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, assault, vandalism, product tampering, espionage, sabotage, or loss
Develops corporate security program in alignment with corporate business objectives and maintains close relationships with high-level law enforcement, intelligence, and private sector counterparts
Proposes and implements security/safety improvements that benefit the Company's assets, visitors, tenants, and employees
Develops and maintains a list of appropriate emergency and law enforcement contacts
Develops and implements a comprehensive executive protection platform to ensure the safety, security, and reputation of the senior leadership team
Briefs senior and executive management on status of security issues
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Requires a high school diploma AND fifteen (10) years of Security/Law Enforcement related experience and 5 years of Oil and Gas
Bachelor' degree or Law Enforcement Training/Certification strongly preferred
CLEET certified Armed Security and/or Law Enforcement Officer
