Corporate Security Supervisor

Position Summary:
Responsible for managing the daily activities associated with security of the home office and front desk reception staff. Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment. Develop and implement security processes. Manage building ID/picture directory process; monitor CCTV (security cameras) to secure building. Train and develop front desk team to improve overall security. Telephone and reception/switchboard duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Develop and implement security/safety improvements for Lane Bryant Corporate Office
Monitor CCTV (security cameras); secure building. Inspects building and grounds to ensure protection from intruders, fire hazards, theft, and vandalism, and ensures fire evacuation routes are kept clear.
Develop emergency procedures, respond to incidents, and resolve problems or requests assistance of local authorities; maintain list of appropriate police jurisdiction contacts.
Manage ID badge process (take pictures, generate, deactivate, reactivate badges for new associates/contractors and print card holder report).
Manage Photo Directory process (take pictures, create profiles & update as needed).
Inspect First Aid/AED pads, fire extinguishers on a monthly basis; coordinate replacement as needed.
Coordinate and schedule meetings for fire/emergency evacuation/weather drills on a quarterly basis. Update evacuation attendance sheets.
Backup access control system on a monthly basis.

Requirements
BS in criminal justice, criminology, police science or related field.
5+ years’ experience managing a facility with similar responsibilities.
Strong customer service skills. The ability to interface with associates at all levels is required.
Must have knowledge of security systems (CCTV, building ID, etc.); develop and document process.
The ability to partner with internal and external partners and represent the brand in a positive, professional manner required.
