Description
Zions Bancorporation has an immediate opening for a Regional Security Manager to join the Corporate Security team in San Diego, CA. The Regional Security Manager will be providing a broad range of security services to the corporation and its affiliates.
Ensures compliance with federal regulations.
Prevents loss and/or pursues criminal prosecution against those who have victimized the Bank or its customers.
Protects employees and company assets.
Conducts investigations and evaluates suspicious transactions.
Designs technical security systems.
Provides training on security issues to employees.
Write policies, procedures and manage the work of others.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Criminal and/or fraud investigations, physical security, regulatory/compliance experience and/or directly related experience.
Working knowledge of federal banking regulations, criminal and fraud investigations, and physical security systems.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to handle delicate and/or sensitive situations effectively.
Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
Banking and/or financial institution experience is preferred.
Team player.
