Job Description
Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and administering all facets of security and safety for KMA. Responsible for the development and implementation of all security policies and procedures. Additionally, is responsible for all safety and security training programs.

Responsibilites
Plans and manages all administrative functions of security such as building a security team with internal departments, training, and developing awareness programs. Safety and Security Manager will also work with the Business Continuity and Risk Management function to oversee the data security measures being developed and implemented at KMA to ensure information security standards and safeguards are in place regarding KMA private and confidential information.
Plans and manages all physical security strategies and functions which include the security systems such as alarms, badging, and cameras as well as managing the security force.
Manage the emergency preparedness program which includes training the team members and floor wardens and working with the business continuity team.
Management of the company safety program which includes OSHA compliance, IIPP, and safety training.
Project Management – Manage projects as assigned by the National Manager of Facilities and Administration.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

Overall Related Experience:
Minimum of 5-8 years management experience in a corporate environment with direct supervision of multiple suppliers/staff members.

Directly Related Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate security and safety
Experience with a global company as a security professional a plus
