Job Description
NEK Services, Inc. provides Human Intelligence Collector subject matter expertise, training and evaluation mechanisms to synchronize and integrate current and emerging Exploitation Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) that directly support current and future Special Operations and Intelligence requirements. This position will also provide operational support in the aforementioned disciplines.

Job Responsibilites
We are currently seeking a Human Intelligence Collector Instructor for our Fayetteville, NC location. This position requires competency in the collection of Human Intelligence, Site Exploitation, and Intelligence Collection with the ability to perform a variety of highly technical procedures in the collection, processing, preservation, analysis and reporting of Human Intelligence. This position will work in support of unique asymmetric operations intended for Special Operations, Counter Intelligence (CI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), personnel conducting counterterrorism operations, and force protection activities.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Certified at a minimum of three of the following:

1. Ft Huachuca Human Intelligence collector AIT

2. John Reid Basic and Advanced Interrogation course

3. LSI Laboratory for Scientific Interrogation Basic SCAN certification

4. LSI Laboratory for Scientific Interrogation Advance SCAN certification

5. Joint Interrogation Certification (JICC)

6. Joint Analyst and Interrogator Collaboration (JAICC)

- Must possess a minimum of four years of experience in:

1. Conducting Interrogations and Field Tactical Questioning, in support of Special Operations Forces and also conventional forces support experience in the OIF/OEF theatre of operations Joint Interrogation Certification (JICC)

2. Military elicitation techniques.

3. Military tactical questioning (TQ) techniques.

4. Screening human intelligence sources and documents.

5. Debriefing human intelligence sources.

6. Presenting the results of human intelligence orally as well as in written form

7. Analyzing and preparing intelligence reports.

8. Preparing detailed documentation and reports.

9. Maintaining and documenting the chain of custody of evidence.

10. Current U.S. Military, U.S. Federal and State laws pertaining to implementation and use of human intelligence.
- Experienced with using an Interpreter.
- Experience in classroom instruction, the preparation of lesson plans, training objectives and testing.
- Familiar with the USSOCOM Portal.
- Familiar with the DOD’s Automated Biometric Identification System (ABIS) and the DOJ’s Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS)
- Familiar with the National Personal Recovery architecture and processes.
- Capable of providing experience and insight of emerging TTP’s for human intelligence to military operational personnel.
- Familiar with classroom media devices, including PowerPoint, digital projectors, etc.
- Capable of working in a fast paced and intense environment.
- Capable of speaking to small and large audiences.
- Capable of providing group, as well as individual, after action reviews for task development and training.
- Capable of developing training materials and conduct training classes in support of tailored client requirements.
- Current Top Secret Clearance or a current Secret with the ability to obtain TS.
-Experience implementing Human Intelligence Collection in a battlefield environment with SOF units.
- Graduate of a TRADOC approved instructor training course such as SOIC and ITC

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Graduate of the U.S. Army JFKSWTC Site Exploitation Training Course
- Strong research, analytical and writing skills; and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an extremely fast-paced asymmetric environment with rapidly changing work assignments and priorities.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.
- Experience working with FBI, DIA, CIA, DEA, CBP/DHS, ATF, NGIC, NMEC

Additional Notes
- The applicant will be subject to a pre-employment drug screening.
- The applicant must be physically capable of moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs) and or prolong periods of physical exertion (8-12 hours) required to run range scenarios.
- The applicant must be able to wear a military uniform, to include a full kit with body armor.
- The applicant will be required to work in an outdoor environment exposed to the elements for prolonged periods of time (8-12 hours).
- The applicant must be able to travel CONUS and OCONUS, often on short notice for extended periods of time.
