Security Operations Manager

We are currently looking for our Head of Security and Operational Resielience Mexico, with high knowledge and experience in transportation and supply chain security 5-10 years of experience in a managerial position, coordinating the following responsibilities:

  • In charge of country management on all security and business continuity matters
  • Supporting and advising the Country Management in offering security services
  • Assisting in setting up business contingency plan
  • Implementing and adapts security requirements for subcontractors
  • Conducting investigations in security incidents
  • Executing and manages security audits/classifications
  • Managing security maintenance and certifications
  • Implementing security programs
  • Communicating the country management on all security relevant matters
  • Managing and assists Country Management and stations on the development, conduct and review of business continuity plans
  • Ensuring the country stations participation on regional business continuity table top exercises
  • Designing business contingency plans on country management level
  • Advising local management/procurement regarding technical security requirements (physical security for new buildings, reconstruction, and extension)
  • Assisting local management when security incidents occurred and supervises the implementation of agreed corrective actions to close identified gaps
  • Tuning and adapts the provided security concept to meet external/internal clients’ security requirements
  • Implementing the security awareness training for employees
  • Executes and manages security/compliance audits
  • Conducts investigations in compliance incidents on request of the regional compliance incident core panel
  • Managing risk classifications and self-assessments
  • Managing maintenance
Profile:
For this role, we are looking for a candidate with:
  • University / Masters degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the industry; 8+ years of experience preferred
  • Excellent Spanish / English speaking and writing skills
