Job Description
ABM Security Services has one Site Security Director position available in San Francisco.
The Site Security Director is responsible for developing and enforcing security procedures and regulations to safeguard the client’s assets (property, information, and personnel). This position is responsible for conducting and/or supervising complex, fast paced and sometimes sensitive projects to protect the assets and interests of the company.

Job Duties
· Manage, oversee, and implement security policies and deliver best industry practice while maintaining a great rapport with tenants.
· Experience in using the following systems; CCTV (Openeye), Workspeed, & Access Control (AMAG)
· Supervise, evaluate and manage the company’s contract security program to ensure a safe and secure environment for the Company’s employees, business associates and visitors. This includes hiring interviews, assessing adherence to training programs, monitoring performance and ensuring adherence to contracted service level agreements or accepted standard practice.
· Define best practices and determine the appropriateness of increased security controls via cost/benefit analysis.
· Function as a direct point of contact between the client and ABM.
· Analyze existing security measures and make recommendations for improvements when needed.
· Manage the incident response procedures and ensure incidents are reported correctly, provide written reports to the client summarizing incidents, safety violations to appropriate parties.
· Clearly communicate the client’s security objectives so both security staff and ABM management are well informed.
· Play a key role in the planning and execution of emergency preparedness activities for the client’s facilities.
· Ensure that initial investigations of incidents are conducted promptly, thoroughly and correctly.
· Create, implement and maintain a team environment that encourages input and growth from all team members
· Delivers quick, innovative solutions to address issue/risks/concerns.
· Identifies talent within the team and delegates to individuals accordingly
· Responds to developing situations, and guides ABM staff to correct response and resolution
· Produce reports that capture performance metrics, KPIs, SLAs


OTHER IMPORTANT DUTIES
· Perform other duties and/or conduct special projects as requested.


ABM Offers:
Starting pay is $27.00 to 29.00 per hour.
The worksite is connected to B.A.R.T. and AC Transit lines.
