Responsibilities:
The objective of the Corporate Security function is to create, execute and continuously improve a comprehensive personnel, information, and physical security apparatus that enables business operations while protecting our Nation’s most trusted information. This includes a new counter intelligence function charged with protecting the company, its work and its clients from both foreign and insider espionage threats.

The Director, Corporate Security will have the following responsibilities:
Overall leadership of Noblis’ company wide-counter intelligence and security programs including personnel, information and industrial security programs.
Supervises the individual Facility Supervisor Officers and the associated security staffs
Serves as the Facility Security Officer for Noblis’ Corporate Headquarters Building
Establishes, monitors and assesses a company-wide counter-intelligence program
Chairs the company’s Insider Threat Task Force spanning all subsidiaries
Maintains, assesses and updates a company-wide counter intelligence program
Oversees the use of the SCIF’s at all locations
Represents the security function to the Business Continuity Program Coordinator
Acquires, develops and maintains a highly qualified security staff that is commensurate with the new security environment requirements
Maintains key relationships with IC agency security and CI managers and inserts new best practices as applicable .

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of experience leading a major security or counter intelligence group that is responsible for personnel, information and physical security in the national security sector
Strong competency in industrial security laws, regulations, practices and community programs.
Direct experience in applying the NISPOM to a complex corporate environment and executing a facility security officer function.
10 years’ experience working in the intelligence community or military in a SCIF operating environment with TS-SCI security requirements and practices for the different IC agencies
Top Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
